Possibility of Heavy Rain in Sudurpaschim and Karnali, Weather to Remain Cloudy Across the Country

Kathmandu — The Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, Weather Forecasting Division, has stated that there is a possibility of moderate to heavy rainfall in various parts of the country today. According to the division, the weather will generally remain cloudy across the country today, and there is a possibility of rain accompanied by thunder, lightning, strong winds, and hail in some places in the Himalayan and hilly regions of the country, including Sudurpaschim and Lumbini Provinces.
In addition, the department has forecast the possibility of rainfall in one or two places in the Tarai region as well, and heavy rain accompanied by thunder and lightning may occur in some places in Sudurpaschim and Karnali Provinces.
