On the 13th day of Bhotekoshi flood, the flag will be flown at half-mast in national mourning
Kathmandu. The government is observing national mourning across the country today, paying tribute to those who lost their lives in the devastating flood that occurred in Rasuwa's Bhotekoshi on 10th August.
On the 13th day of the incident, it has been decided to fly the national flag at half-mast in government offices across the country as well as Nepali embassies and missions abroad to show solidarity with the bereaved families, according to the Ministry of Home Affairs.
