Now mortgage mortgage online

Kathmandu. Government of Nepal, Land Management and Records Department is going to make the online mortgage bond system compulsory in the land office. This step has been taken to make the service fast, convenient, and middleman-free in line with the government's result-based government policy and the goal of Digital Nepal.

From now on, all mortgage withholding and release operations performed by banks and financial institutions will be conducted facelessly and time-bound only through the digital system. According to the circular issued by the department, this arrangement will be implemented in two phases.
