Kathmandu. This week, NEPSE index increased by 7.66 points to 2615.03 points. NEPSE, which closed last week at 2607.37 points, increased by 7.66 points to reach 2615.03 points this week. The market was open on all five trading days this week. This week, NEPSE decreased on three trading days and increased on two trading days. 

An average of 3.88 billion rupees has been traded this week. On Sunday, 4.74 billion shares were traded, but on Monday, they were 3.44 billion. Similarly, on Tuesday 3.29 billion, on Wednesday 4.5 billion and on Thursday 4.57 billion shares were traded.

On the first trading day of the week, NEPSE decreased by 12.50 points to 2594.87. On that day, 12 million 1272 thousand 168 shares of 330 companies traded in NEPSE were bought and sold, and the transaction was over 4 billion 74 lakh rupees. On the second trading day of the week, NEPSE decreased by 6.74 points to 2601.61. On that day, when 7757 thousand 625 shares of 329 companies traded in NEPSE were bought and sold, the transaction was over 3 billion 44 million 19 lakh rupees. 

On the third trading day of the week, NEPSE rose by 16.37 points to 2619.99. On that day, when 78 lakh 4 thousand 45 shares of 325 companies traded in NEPSE were bought and sold, the transaction was over 3 billion 29 crore 42 lakh rupees.

On the fourth trading day of the week, NEPSE increased by 5.70 points to 2625.70. On that day, when 85 lakh 98 thousand 424 shares of 332 companies traded in NEPSE were bought and sold, the transaction was over 4 billion 5337 lakh rupees. On the fifth trading day of the week, the NEPSE decreased by 10.66 points and settled at 2615.03. On that day, 1291 thousand 401 shares of 329 companies traded in NEPSE were bought and sold, with a turnover of more than 4 billion 577 million rupees. ​​​​​​​
