Meter-busting victims who walked to Kathmandu stopped at Nijgarh, efforts to reach agreement continue

Twelve. The third phase of the walk march started from Tirhutia Gachi in Janakpurdham by the farmers and labor movement Nepal against meter interest has entered the eighth day today. On the fifth day of the journey, the protestors, who were on their way to Kathmandu, did not move forward after reaching Nijgarh in Bara.
The main reason why the protesters stopped at Nijgarh instead of proceeding towards Kathmandu is the dialogue with the government. For the past two days, Home Minister Sudhan Gurung has himself been deployed in Nijgarh in an effort to reach an agreement with the protestors.
