Maoist's decision to unite with parties including United Socialists on November 20
Kathmandu. The CPN-Maoist Center has decided to hold a joint meeting with the united party on October 20 to decide the organizational issues of the unified party. The secretariat meeting of the convention organizing committee held at the party office Parisdanda on Sunday decided to hold a joint meeting of the parties coming together including the united socialists to decide the organizational issues.
Before that, on Tuesday 18th Kartik, the Maoist Central Committee met and approved the decision of unity, spokesperson Agni Prasad Sapkota informed. He said that in the secretariat meeting, there was a lot of discussion on party internal organizational issues as well as adjustment, policy and ideological issues as well as registration of new parties after unity.
Sapkota mentioned that as a major crisis has emerged in the country now, a broad left-wing unity is indispensable to deal with it. He claimed that elections are the only option to get rid of the country in the current situation, so they are focusing on it.
