Launch of 'Meri Chhori Manya' children's story collection

     Rising Star Boarding School Mandikhatar organized the release and review program of the children's story collection 'Meri Chhori Manya' written by senior narrator, poet, literary journalist and organizer Indra Kumar Shrestha 'Sarit'.

        The chief guest and senior storyteller Bhagirathi Shrestha while releasing the collection of children's stories described Indra Kumar Shrestha as a dedicated and excellent storyteller. He mentioned that 'Meri Tori Manya' is an excellent collection of children's stories written by Sarit after absorbing child psychology and mentioned that those stories make it easier for children to understand life and society.

           Special guest Chetanath Dhamala, a scholar of Nepal Pragya-Pratishthan, wrote 'Meri Chori Manya' written by storyteller Indrakumar Shrestha. It is basically a work designed for children's consciousness and psychology. It tries to explain the beauty, activities and environment of the society. The children's stories contained there are often powerful enough to motivate children. He described Sarit's writing ability as a multifaceted feature. Special guest writer Lakshmi Upreti said that child psychology has come miraculously in the writings of narrator Sarit.


Literary writer and critic Dr. Chahayadat Neupane discussed that Sarit's collection of children's stories 'Meri Chori Manya' was successful in encouraging students in the creation of children's literature, and against the perversity and discordance prevalent in the society, those stories put his perspective on the identity between life, society and knowledge.

       Indrakumar Shrestha Sarit, the creator and senior narrator of his published children's story work 'Meri Chhori Manya', said that children's literature should not be like the table work of a buyer and should be based on the child psychology prevalent in the time he lives in. In which he should be able to balance current events, characters and purposes.

     Chairman of the program and Principal of Rising Star Boarding School Mandikhatar Krishna Kumar Bahora said that he made the students active in creative activities along with regular reading. He said that the school held a release and review program because the children's story collection 'My Daughter Manya' written by the storyteller Sarit was very inspiring and readable.

      In addition to regular reading, creative and extra-curricular activities were also organized by this rising boarding school. Rachna Nakarmi and others had their own opinions. The students of the school, Utsan Giri, Smriti, Pramisha Kandel and Risika Gurung, reviewed the work on the dedicated work. Also, Samragji Dahal and Srishti Adhikari did it.
