Iran fires new missiles at Israel
Kathmandu. As the ongoing conflict in the Middle East is becoming more fierce, a new missile attack has been launched by Iran on Israel, which has given an indication that the global impact is deepening, not just regionally. The attack came just hours after US President Donald Trump warned of tougher military action against Iran. According to the Israeli army, the air defense system tried to intercept the missiles fired from Iran on Friday. Although there were no immediate reports of major casualties, emergency services have confirmed damage to houses and vehicles. It is said that the pellets also affected the railway station area where oil is located.
This war, which started about a month ago when the US and Israel launched an attack inside Iran, has now created a cycle of widespread retaliation. The conflict is spreading throughout the Middle East and is having a serious impact on the world economy. Especially after the effective blocking of the Strait of Hormuz by Iran, there has been a great pressure on the energy market. About one-fifth of the world's oil and gas is supplied through the Strait of Hormuz.
