Instruction of the Ministry of Education to refund the fees charged against the law to the students

Kathmandu. The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology has directed to refund the fees charged illegally by the institutional schools across the country to the students. The ministry has issued a statement on Wednesday asking for strict action against schools that charge fees against the law.
Complaints have been received that some schools are still charging illegal fees. The Ministry has directed all the concerned schools to refund the illegal fees collected from the students. Also, if any school does not comply with this instruction, it is requested to coordinate with the Ministry of Home Affairs, the relevant district administration office and the local level to take action according to the law.
