Kathmandu. The Government of Nepal, the Ministry of Finance has issued and implemented the "Taxpayer Incentive Gift Program Operation Procedure, 2083" with the aim of developing a culture of mandatory bill receipt in the purchase and sale of goods and services and enhancing tax compliance.
This procedure made using the authority given by section 65 of the Economic Procedure and Financial Responsibility Act, 2076 will be implemented through the Internal Revenue Department.
