Kathmandu. The newly appointed Chief Secretary Gobind Bahadur Karki resumed his post at the office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers on Friday. Karki, who was appointed as the Chief Secretary by the decision of the Council of Ministers on Wednesday, has formally taken charge of the post.
The reinstatement program was conducted in a simple and brief manner. According to office sources, the reinstatement was done according to the regular administrative procedure without any special pomp in the presence of the limited staff of the office of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers.
