Indefinite curfew in Sunsari's Dewanganj and Harinagar
Inruva. After a fierce clash, vandalism and arson between two communities over the issue of playing a DJ during Bolbum Yatra on Monday, District Administration Office Sunsari has issued an indefinite curfew order in the sensitive areas of Dewanganj and Harinagar Rural Municipality.
In order to prevent the situation from going out of control, a strict curfew has been imposed by the Chief District Officer in accordance with Section 6 A of the Local Administration Act, 2028 from 7:00 am on Monday until further notice.
