In Nepal, 52 percent of unsafe abortions, 53 percent of unwanted pregnancies

Kathmandu. Only 134 mothers and pregnant women died due to covid-19 lockdown from Chait 11, 2076 to July 6, 2077. At that time, health institutions and health workers who provided abortion services were not even registered and trained. In Chitwan, which is developing into a 'medical haven', there has been no decrease in the number of abortion services from unregistered health institutions and untrained health workers.
