In Bajura, 1800 teenage girls are being vaccinated against cervical cancer
Bajura. One thousand 806 teenage girls are going to be vaccinated against cervical cancer. According to the Health Office, a vaccination campaign against cervical cancer will be conducted throughout the district from January 27 to February 3 as part of the National Vaccination Program.
Lal Bahadur Khadka, Acting Head of the Health Office, informed that this year, 1,781 girls studying in class 6 and 1,806 girls who are out of school will be given the vaccine in the district this year. Out of school there are 16 girls in Budhiganga, 6 girls in Badimalika and 25 girls in Triveni Municipality.
