Kathmandu. There is a partial effect of western wind over the country. At present, there is fog in some places of Terai and there is partial change in Gandaki, Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces, according to the Weather Forecast Division. There will be light fog in most places of the Terai area this afternoon.
The division expects that the weather will remain mostly clear in the hilly areas of Gandaki and Lumbini provinces including Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces, while the rest of the hilly and Himalayan areas will be partly cloudy. Similarly, it will be cloudy in most parts of the Terai region tonight, while the weather will remain mostly clear in the hilly and mountainous regions of Gandaki and Karnali regions.
