Himali Hydro Fund convened a general meeting to pass the IPO proposal

Kathmandu. Himali Hydro Fund Limited is going to issue an IPO. The company has called the fourth general meeting to pass the IPO issue proposal. The meeting of the company will start from 10 am at the registered office of the company in Kathmandu on February 24.
In that meeting, a resolution will be passed to issue 20 percent of the company's issued capital through IPO, to authorize the board of directors to proceed with the IPO-related work, and to decide on the use of the proceeds from the IPO.
Similarly, proposals to increase the authorized, issued and paid-up capital of the company and to publish the annual report and financial statements of the previous year will also be passed.
