High annual growth rates in eggs and corn

Kathmandu. It has been seen that there has been an increase in the index of agricultural production. According to the quarterly agricultural producer price index published by the National Statistics Office, the overall agricultural production price index reached 193.72 in the first quarter of the fiscal year 2082,83. Which is an increase of 2.5 percent compared to the previous year.
In particular, the highest annual growth rate of 9.5 percent was seen in the egg price index. In addition, the annual price index of corn has increased by 3.8 percent. Similarly, fish has increased by 3.6 percent and grain crops by 3.1 percent.
The price of paddy and milk remained stable with a growth rate of 2.4 percent respectively. But the price growth rate of spice crops is only 0.8 percent, which shows some stability in this sector.
