Kathmandu. At present, the influence of Monsoon air is present across the country. At present, the low pressure line of monsoon is near the Terai area of Nepal a little north of Sardar place. Currently, it is generally cloudy across the country. According to the Department of Water and Meteorology, moderate rain is currently occurring in some places in Bagmati and Gandaki Provinces, and in a few places in Koshi, Karnali and Sudurpaschim Provinces and one or two thunderstorms in Lumbini Province.
According to the department, it will be generally cloudy across the country this afternoon. There is a possibility of moderate rain and snowfall in some parts of the mountainous areas of the country. There is a chance of moderate to moderate rain with thunder and lightning in many parts of the hilly areas of the country. According to the weather bulletin issued by the department, there is a possibility of heavy rain in one or two places in the Himalayan and hilly areas of Koshi and Bagmati provinces, Gandaki, hilly and terai areas of Lumbini province and Karnali and the hilly areas of Sudurpaschim province.
