Gagan's objection to misleading news being spread through social media during the silent period
Kathmandu. Nepali Congress Chairman Gagan Thapa has objected to the misleading news being spread through social media during the silent period of February 19 elections.
Chairman Thapa has expressed his concern that false stories, misleading information and manipulated videos are being made public against Nepali Congress candidates including himself. According to him, such activity is not only a violation of the election code of conduct but also a direct attack on democratic values and morals.
