Four people were arrested for defrauding millions by saying that they would send them to different countries

Kathmandu. The police have arrested four people and made it public today, on the charge of defrauding them of lakhs of rupees by saying that they would send them to different countries under the lure of attractive salary for foreign employment. Those arrested are 25-year-old Mithilesh Kushwaha of Rautahat Boudhimai Municipality-7, 44-year-old Kedar Bahadur Bhandari of Bhojpur Municipality-7, 53-year-old Ramtula Mian of Saptari Surunga Municipality-5 and 55-year-old Sunita Khatri of Bhaktapur Suryavinayak Municipality-7, Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office spokesperson and Superintendent Rameshwar Karki informed the police.

According to him, among those arrested, Mithilesh took Rs 350,000 saying they would send it to Kuwait, Kedar Bahadur said they would send it to Portugal Rs 125,000 and Ramtula and Sunita took Rs 350,000 saying they would send it to Albania.
