Five Deputy Inspector Generals of Nepal Police were given badges

Kathmandu. Five Deputy Inspector Generals of Nepal Police have been awarded the badge today. According to the decision of the Minister of Home Affairs of the Government of Nepal today on 17th of October, five Deputy Inspector Generals of Police who were promoted from the Senior Superintendent of Police to the position of Deputy Inspector General of Police have been awarded the badge.

Inspector General of Police Chandrakuwer Khapung conferred the badge on them during a ceremony held at the Police Headquarters. Among the Deputy Inspector Generals of Police who received the badge are Bhupendra Bahadur Khatri, Sanuram Bhattarai, Om Prasad Adhikari, Shekhar Khanal and Abinarayan Kafle.

Addressing the ceremony, Inspector General of Police Khapung congratulated the police officers who were decorated with the Dzryani badge and wished them a successful tenure. He instructed the police officers decorated with the badge to work hard to create an image of professional, honest and conscientious policemen from their positions.
