Deuba's call to unite for the defense of democracy along with the commitment to return to Nepal
Kathmandu. Former Prime Minister and former Chairman of Nepali Congress Sher Bahadur Deuba, who went to Singapore and then Hong Kong for treatment, has said that he will return to Nepali land soon. On the occasion of BP Memorial Day, he issued a two-page long statement on Tuesday and pledged to return to Nepal soon and play an active role in strengthening the democratic movement and constitutionalism. However, it has not been revealed when he will come to Nepal.
He flew to Singapore for medical treatment on February 17 when the country was in the midst of elections. Before that, his wife Arju Rana Deuba, who was in India, also went to Singapore from there.
