Controversy over playing instruments: Indefinite curfew continues in Rautahat's Gaur
Rautahat District administration office has issued an indefinite curfew order from 1 pm on Saturday after the dispute between two communities in Gaur, the headquarters of Rautahat, turned violent.
The dispute started when the marriage party from Boudhimai municipality-9 Sarmujwa was blocked in front of the mosque while playing instruments and entering the Sabgadha on Thursday night. Dozens of people were injured when stones were thrown at people. Six people were injured in the clash that took place last night. The police said that they are being treated at the provincial hospital Gaur and their condition is normal.
