Construction of Kohalpur-Surkhet 132 KV transmission line has been completed
Kathmandu. Nepal Electricity Authority has completed the construction of Kohalpur-Surkhet 132 KV transmission line. The construction of the Kohalpur-Surkhet section has been completed under the Kohalpur-Surkhet-Dailekh 132 KV transmission line project under the joint investment of Nepal Government and Nepal Electricity Authority.
Nepal Electricity Authority spokesperson Rajan Dhakal informed that the transmission line will be integrated into the national system immediately. For that purpose, from Kohalpur substation in Banke to the substation built at Subbakuna in Surkhet district, electricity of 132 kilovolt capacity will be transmitted from 132 KV double circuit transmission line, he said.
