Congress special session from today
Kathmandu. Amidst the disagreement of the founding party in the Nepali Congress, a special convention is starting today on the 27th of January at the call of the supporters. The special convention to be held on January 27 and 28 is scheduled to be inaugurated at Bhrikutimandap in Kathmandu today at 1 pm.
For the opening session, a stage has been constructed to accommodate 50 guests in the open square of Bhrikutimandap. Similarly, Govind Pudasaini, coordinator of the stage management committee formed for the special convention, informed that more than six thousand chairs were managed in the open square in front of the stage. He said that the stage was decorated with Congress flags, gates, banners and propaganda materials.
