Kathmandu. At present there is a partial influence of western and local winds in Nepal. The hilly areas of the country including Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali and Sudurpaschim are partly cloudy, while the weather is mainly clear in the rest of the country. Light rain with thunder and lightning is occurring in one or two places in the hilly areas of Kosi and Gandaki provinces.
Today afternoon, the hilly and mountainous areas of Kosi province including Bagmati and Gandaki will be cloudy, the rest of the hilly and mountainous areas including Madhes province will be partly cloudy, and the weather will be mainly clear in the rest of Terai.
