Kathmandu. At present, there is a partial influence of western low pressure system in the upper atmosphere of Nepal. At present, it is generally cloudy in the hilly and mountainous regions of the country. A couple of places in hilly and Himalayan areas of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki regions are experiencing light rain with thunder and lightning. The weather is mostly clear in the Terai region.
This aftrnoon, some places in the Terai region will experience thunderstorms during the morning. Generally, it will be cloudy in hilly and Himalayan regions of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki regions. The rest of the hilly and mountainous areas will be partly cloudy.
The weather will be mainly clear in Terai region. There is a possibility of light rain and snow with thunder and lightning in a few places in the hilly and Himalayan areas of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces and in one or two places in the hilly and Himalayan areas of the rest of the province. Similarly, it will be cold in few places of Terai region tonight. It will be cloudy in Himalayan region of the country.
