Kathmandu. The Department of Water and Meteorology, Weather Forecasting Division has said that there has been a significant change in the weather across the country due to the influence of the western and local winds as well as the low pressure area near the eastern land in Nepal.
According to the department, there is a complete change in the hilly and mountainous areas of the country including Koshi, Madhes, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces, while partial change has been observed in other areas. There is a possibility of moderate rain and snowfall in many places of Koshi, Madhes, Bagmati, Gandaki and Lumbini regions this afternoon.
