All preparations for Thursday's election are complete

Kathmandu. The Ministry of Home Affairs has said that all the preparations for the election of members of the House of Representatives to be held on Thursday have been completed. In a virtual meeting with the Chief District Officers of all 77 districts held at the Ministry this morning, it was reported that all the administrative work, including election security and management, has been completed.
Under the chairmanship of the Secretary of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Rajkumar Shrestha, the virtual meeting of the chief district officers of all 77 districts along with the high officials of the ministry took information about the election preparations and security management of all the districts.
Rama Acharya, co-spokesperson of the ministry, informed that the meeting focused on issues such as election preparation and security arrangements. According to him, in the discussion, the Chief District Officers of all the districts informed that all the preparations for the election have been completed and the security situation is normal.
