The Commission has filed a charge sheet on Tuesday saying that the then employees of Area Administration Office Gaurigunj and District Administration Office Jhapa had issued passports with a date different from the date of birth mentioned in the citizenship of the service recipient and had taken illegal benefits for that.

According to the commission's investigation, it has been found that the age of passport carriers has been reduced or increased from 1 to 8 years in collusion between the employees.
