The sense of cooperation between the pro-change forces should be strengthened: Prachanda

Kathmandu. The Coordinator of Nepal Communist Party Maoist Center and former Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' has pointed out the need to strengthen the spirit of mutual respect, social harmony and cooperation between the pro-change forces. Congratulating all the Nepali sisters and brothers at home and abroad on the occasion of Chhath, the great festival of public faith, social unity and gratitude to nature, he said, "I am confident that we can all move towards the construction of a prosperous, just and socialist Nepal by strengthening the spirit of mutual respect, social harmony and cooperation among the pro-change forces."

He says that the message of self-strength, patience and optimism given by Chhath has become more important in today's challenging political, economic and social situation. He said, "May the Chhath festival break the darkness existing in nature and human beings and awaken the light, purity and positive energy of the mind in everyone. I sincerely wish that a new dawn of peace, prosperity and stability will arise in the country."

Chhath festival celebrated as the main festival of Madhes (Terai) is a festival deeply connected with our culture, tradition, labor (relationship and people's life).
