Kathmandu. CPN-UML leader Mahesh Basnet has said that the days of Kathmandu mayor Balen Shah bowing down to the people are over. Basnet wrote on his social network Facebook on Sunday morning, "The status that Balen Shah wrote and immediately removed last night has clearly revealed what level he really is."
