Kathmandu. Nepali Congress General Minister Gagan Kumar Thapa has emphasized that the party's convention should be held before the upcoming parliamentary elections. Addressing the workers' meeting held in Kathmandu on Monday, he said that the party's 15th convention should be held before February 21.
General Minister Thapa also informed that he is putting pressure on party chairman Sher Bahadur Deuba to hold the convention on time.
