Yeti Brewery to issue IPO through book building method
Kathmandu. Yeti Brewery Limited has called a special general meeting at the registered office in Naxal at 11 am on Saturday 2nd June with the proposal to issue IPO through book building method.
The meeting will pass a resolution to conduct the initial public issue of securities through the book building method, IPO, decide on the use of the capital received after the IPO issue, and authorize the board of directors to do all the necessary work for that.
