Accordingly, Dhyan Day is also going to be celebrated in Nepal. The United Nations General Assembly has accepted yoga and meditation as complementary measures for health.
On December 7 last year, the United Nations officially recognized December 21 as World Meditation Day. In the same year, the day was celebrated for the first time in Tundikhel under the organization of the government. This year too, this day is going to be celebrated under the government's plan.
