Workers will shake hands at the UML central office
Kathmandu. CPN-UML's central office in Chasal has created a situation of hand-wringing among the party workers on Friday. Some members of Adivasi Janjati Democratic Federation had reached Chasal expressing their dissatisfaction with the process of selection of congress representatives. While they were meeting with Organization Department Head Kashinath Adhikari and Standing Committee Member Bhanubhakta Dhakal and presenting their grievances, they had a handshake with another group.
The UML convention will be inaugurated on 27th November at Sallaghari in Bhaktapur and representatives have been selected from all over the country. However, the disgruntled leaders of the federation loudly accused that the law was not agreed for one and a half years, saying that the democratic process was not adopted in the selection of representatives.
