Kathmandu. Mahila Laguvitta Financial Sanstha Limited has placed 84 thousand 537 shares of founder shares for auction sale. The company has auctioned 74 thousand 246 shares in the name of founder shareholder Niru Kuthumi Rai and 10 thousand 291 shares in the name of Indira Giri.
The company has put the shares on sale so that everyone including the founder, the general public can buy them. The share price is set at a minimum of Rs 515 per share. When applying for it, they can request a minimum of 1000 units and a maximum of 10 units or the entire unit.
The application should be submitted by June 7. The application form should be submitted to the Sales Manager of SBI Merchant Banking Limited at Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
