Bright Nepal Party UNEPA has published its election pledge emphasizing on good governance, prosperity and social justice. President of UNEPA, Kulman Ghising, announced the election commitment letter at a press conference in Kathmandu on Sunday. UNEPA called the election manifesto a commitment letter. 

In the letter of commitment, it is proposed to reduce the number of members of the House of Representatives. It is mentioned in the election commitment letter of UNEPA that the number of members of the House of Representatives will be reduced from 275 to 201. President Ghising said that a commitment has been expressed to reduce the number of members of the House of Representatives in order to reduce the financial burden on the state.
