Kathmandu. At present, there is a partial influence of western low pressure system in the upper atmosphere of Nepal. At present, it is generally cloudy in the hilly and mountainous areas of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces, and partly cloudy in the rest of the hilly and mountainous areas. Light rain and snow with thunder and lightning are occurring in one or two places in the hilly and Himalayan areas of Koshi and Bagmati provinces.
There will be thunderstorms in some parts of the Terai region today. It will be mostly cloudy in the Himalayan and hilly areas of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki regions, partly cloudy in the rest of the Himalayan and hilly areas. The weather will be mainly clear in Terai region.
There is a possibility of light rain and snowfall along with thunder and lightning at a few places in the hilly and Himalayan areas of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces and at one or two places in the hilly and Himalayan areas of the remaining provinces.
