Main News Image

Kathmandu. Dr. Swarnim Wagle, Deputy Chairman of Rashtriya Swatantra Party, has said that the 48 percent of votes received by the RSVP is extremely legitimate and should be handled with historical understanding. Speaking at the orientation program of RSVP MPs held in Lalitpur on Tuesday, he said that the people's vote will give historical understanding to everyone.

He said, "Now our position is about two-thirds. 184 seats were not reached due to technical reasons. A couple of seats will become clear. But in terms of popular vote, we have achieved 5.1 lakh i.e. 48 percent votes. Whatever it is, this mandate, vote, we have taken a very strong legitimacy and we have to take that historical understanding by handling or protecting it and extinguishing this hope and trust.''
