Vision 10 pledges of 15 Congress candidates for the development of Kathmandu Valley released

Kathmandu. The Nepali Congress Kathmandu Valley Development Commitment Letter Vision 10 has been released on behalf of the candidates for the members of the House of Representatives of the Nepali Congress in the federal capital Kathmandu Valley. During a program organized in Kathmandu, in the presence of General Minister Pradeep Paudel, the pledge letter was released in the virtual participation of candidates from all three districts.

In the pledge letter, it is mentioned that the three districts will be taken as one city and developed as a clean, beautiful, developed, modern, well-governed and vibrant city of the world by designing and implementing an integrated urban development plan keeping in mind the original characteristics of the place. 

It is in the promise letter that the Kathmandu Valley Development Authority will be made strong and capable to implement the Greater Federal Capital Restructuring Plan by managing the city according to the carrying capacity of the valley.

Similarly, to make road transport in the valley easy, organized and predictable, it is stated in the promise letter that it will be developed as a cable city, with special attention to the needs of pedestrians, cyclists and all citizens while building road infrastructure including mass transport and managing traffic by adopting an integrated urban transport and smart mobility policy.
