Vigilance center monitoring has been tripled, with 11,000 more personnel in action

Kathmandu. The National Vigilance Center under the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers has intensified monitoring and action to control administrative laxity, indiscipline and code of conduct violations.

According to the center, out of 1,298 complaints registered from March to July, 1,114 or 85.82 percent of the complaints have been resolved. This is 11.72 percentage points higher than the same period of the previous year. During this period, the center has significantly increased the monitoring of government offices. From March to July, 924 offices were monitored, which is almost three times more than the 318 monitoring conducted in the same period of the previous year.
