Vehicular operation stopped for two days and nights in Narayani Nadi bridge area of Narayanghat Butwal section

Nawalparasi The road will be closed for two days and nights in the Narayani river area connecting Nawalpur and Chitwan in the Narayanghat Butwal section under the East-West Highway. The road will be closed for five hours at night to blacken the road from the Narayani river bridge to the west of that section. Engineer Ishwar Bahadur Rizal, Chief Planning Engineer of Narayanghat Butwal Road Project, Eastern Section, informed that the highway will be closed on November 5th and 6th from 11:00 PM to 4:00 AM the next day.

"It has been decided to close the road at night for the purpose of blackening the part of the approach road towards Narayani Bridge Gaindakot of Narayanghat Butwal road section which is under construction," he said.
Rizal informed that when the road is closed at night, vehicles going east will be stopped at various places in Nawalpur and vehicles coming west will be stopped at various places in Chitwan. As the road will be closed for 6 hours at night, he requested to stop the vehicle at the designated place and wait for the turn or use an alternative road.

Buses, minibuses, microbuses, small four-wheelers among the vehicles going eastward from Butwal via Nawalpur will stop at Thumsi westward. Similarly, large cargo vehicles like trucks, trailers, containers, waves will stop from Beldiha to the west.
