Ultimatum to vacate Trivi Cricket Stadium within 35 days
Kathmandu. Tribhuvan University has given a 35-day ultimatum to the Nepal Cricket Association 9CAN0 to vacate the Tribhuvan Cricket Stadium. The Cricket Stadium has also been included in the notification issued by the Trivial University on 4th Baisakh to bring back the encroached land.
The General Administration Division of the Registrar's Office of the University has given a 35-day notice to the University as the agreement between the University and CAN is expiring at the end of this month. TRI has written separate letters to all the agencies to bring back the encroached land. Chumbi Lama, spokesperson of Nepal Cricket Association CAN, said that the letter from Trivi has not been received. CAN's board meeting has decided to correspond with Trivi for renewal.
