Surlahi. Two people died and two others were injured when three motorcycles collided in Sarlahi. Two persons were killed when three motorcycles collided with each other near Thilla under Sangrampur road section located in Ishwarpur Municipality 13 of the district on Wednesday evening.

According to the District Police Office, the police team was deployed after receiving the information that the motorcycles bearing the numbers BR 30 AR 3458, BR 30 AP 3809 and HP 55 C 0623 were in an accident. Four people injured in the accident were sent to Model Hospital in Lalbandi by ambulance. Two of them were referred to Provincial Hospital Malangwa for further treatment as their condition was critical.

Among the seriously injured, Andaji Mukesh Rai, 30, son of Singeshwar Rai, resident of Haripurwa Municipality (9), was declared dead by the doctor after being sent to Malangwa at night. Similarly, Andaji Ramgyan Rai, 35, son of Ramchabilla Ray of the same place, was also declared dead by the doctor at night as he was sent to Malangwa for further treatment.
