Even though the Karnali state government has passed the two quarter period of the current financial year, it has not been able to show encouraging results in the implementation of the budget. After the end of 8 months of February of the financial year 2081, 82, the development budget of the province is very disappointing. Since the provincial government could not spend even 20 percent of its total capital budget during this period, the development and construction works were often seen at a standstill.
