According to the department, the weather is mostly clear in the rest of the country, with partial change in the highlands and mountainous areas of the country. This afternoon, the weather will remain mostly clear in Koshi Province, Madhes Province and Bagmati Province, while the rest of the region will be partly cloudy.
Tonight, the weather will be mostly clear in the rest of the hilly and mountainous areas of Koshi province, the department said.
