Today marks World Paralysis Day with a call to embrace an active lifestyle
Kathmandu. World Paralysis Day is being celebrated today by organizing various awareness programs in various countries of the world, including Nepal, with the support of organizations including the World Health Organization with the call to embrace an active lifestyle. According to doctors, paralysis is a complex physical problem. This happens when there is no blood circulation in any part of the human brain. If there is a lack of oxygen and nutrients in the brain, the brain loses its control when blood accumulates in the blood vessels and blocks them. This is called paralysis.
If it is not treated in time, the brain may be permanently damaged and the person may even die. Loss of balance, crooked face, loss of eyesight are symptoms of paralysis. High blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, smoking, inactive lifestyle, unbalanced diet and heart rhythm disorder are possible causes of paralysis, so one should be cautious about it.
