Kathmandu. The Election Commission has adopted a policy of using materials produced in Nepal as much as possible for the upcoming House of Representatives elections. In order to make the elections economical and transparent and to encourage the use of local materials, the Commission has adopted a policy of using materials produced in Nepal as much as possible.
Narayan Prasad Bhattarai, spokesperson of the Commission informed that a total of 51 materials will be used for the election and currently 37 types of materials have been purchased and used in a decentralized manner from the provinces and districts.
