There is no option for a special convention within November: Gagan Thapa

Kathmandu. Nepali Congress General Minister Gagan Thapa has claimed that the party's convention will be held before the upcoming House of Representatives elections. Speaking to the media after the central committee meeting held at Sanepa, he said that there is no possibility of extending the term of the current working committee. Thapa said, "I have submitted the agenda so that a regular convention can be held." Some friends say they can't. The best way for that is a special convention. A special convention will be held on the 27th and 28th of November which is suitable. And bring new leadership. A special convention is the only option.

According to him, both the options of not holding the regular convention and not going to the special convention will not be acceptable.
